- We undertake AMC of any existing systems (PC-Peripherals & Networking-Software) keeping
your systems shut down time minimum ideally 1 -2hrs. - Generally AMC means Annual maintenance Contract (of systems) which covers repairs or
replacement of faulty parts of the systems ? but we do care In different way. - We understand AMC should cover all aspects of the systems Maintenance like repairing and full functioning of
systems with original information/Applications software with no shut down time. For this we
have well defined system of STRONG DATA BACKUP systems so that in no case you will
loose your Valuable DATA in case of like natural disaster like earth quake, flood, electric short
circuit, fire, Riot, or man made calamity like theft, data crash due to systems failure or
accidently formation/deletions of DATA. - Our way of under taking AMC or providing after sales service have systems which will reduce
your systems shut down time like maintaining customer call report book, and call register at
customer site with keeping track record of replaced parts(old & new)
/systems/peripherals with qty and unique serial no.
